Taste of Success is Entrepreneur Works' annual cook-off/bake-off contest, networking event, cocktail party, and prime opportunity to connect with our clients over tasty treats.
This year’s theme - “What's Your Secret Sauce?" - looks at the ingredients an entrepreneur (or delicious dish!) needs to be successful.
Entrepreneur Works will invite 12 early-stage food entrepreneurs to compete in a cook-off/bake-off contest, using some special "secret ingredients" in their hors d'oeuvres and desserts!
Our contest will be judged by three well-loved local chefs, including Tim Spinner (of Cantina Feliz, La Calaca Feliz, Taqueria Feliz, and Beast and Ale); Ellen Yin (of Fork and High Street on Market); and Jack McDavid (of Jack's Firehouse and the Down Home Diner).
We are also thrilled to announce that Jim Donovan, Consumer Reporter with CBS3/CW Philly 57, will emcee our event once again this year!
And most importantly: YOU get to sample the contestants' offerings before voting for our People's Choice and Most Innovative Secret Sauce Awards! The event will also feature an open bar, catered snacks and more.
As always, event proceeds will go to support Entrepreneur Works' programs, which provide much-needed business support services and access to capital for local entrepreneurs.
